UniSport Meilahti operates on a self-service basis. There is no customer service or cashier service on site, so we have prepared instructions for you. Please take a look at the instructions.

• New training card or 10-session card customers, be sure to pick up your sports card for access to the facilities at any UniSport customer service desk in Kluuvi, Kumpula or Otaniemi. Check the opening hours of the customer service on the sports centres' own websites.
• For other services (e.g. single visits, badminton, massage), you will find the pin code for access to the facilities on your payment receipt.
